To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

1. Unused Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition that you've received it in.

2. Original packaging: It must be retuned in its original packaging.

2. Return shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

4. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
